I am so glad I read your post, I am hungry all the time a reach for slider foods quickly, I am going to try to up my Protein and see what that does. I am at a plateau just hit my 10 month . Since December I have only lost 5 lbs. I guess I need to get back to the basics from when I was first banded. -

Just saw your update as I have not logged on in months, I have only lost 5 pounds since Christmas and have been sliding back to old habits. I decided that I would start reading on thi ssight at least once a week and maybe get excited again. -

I am doing ok, the weight has plateau again, I seem to be stuck at 40lbs. How are you doing?

Hi there! Thanks for the friending and the note! I caught up on your blogs...hang in there...it took me three fills before I really had the Band helping me out. Don't forget even skinny people splurge a little on holidays...they just make up for it after...it's a Band not a Ban, so don't beat yourself up...it's SO important to keep this journey positive, trust me on that one (as a long term yo-yoer I've had enough of beating myself up). Keep me posted if you need some help, or just want someone to listen! ((hugs)) -BG

Thank you, It has been 3 weeks between my fills, I am not sure if they will give it to me as I was told with my first fill that they do not always do a fill on the checks ups. I was surprised that they waited so long to do my post op, I have that as well tomorrow. And yes, I did have fun. I just need to learn to have fun without so much damage.
