Hi there! Thanks for the friending and the note! I caught up on your blogs...hang in there...it took me three fills before I really had the Band helping me out. Don't forget even skinny people splurge a little on holidays...they just make up for it after...it's a Band not a Ban, so don't beat yourself up...it's SO important to keep this journey positive, trust me on that one (as a long term yo-yoer I've had enough of beating myself up).
