I survived the pre-op diet, I survived the post op diet losing weight. However I started solid foods even had my first fill(2cc's) and I am gaining weight. I am riding 20 miles a day with the highest level and this week weighing two pounds more than last week. No sweets, pasta , bread or wine in over a month. uggghhhh!!!!!!!!!

You will do fine!!! I am so happy for you. Today is my 30 day from surgery.

I do not know where my response went so I will try this again. My fill was fine, I got 2cc's I feel like I need more.I worry about being hungry so soon after I eat. I am working out at least 1 hour a day.I have startted gaining weight since going to solids. After the fill I was on clear liquids for the first day soft on the second and then regular food the third day. I know you must be so excited for your big day!!!!

hello, it has been a crazy week. The fill was easier than I thought I only got 2cc"s for my first fill. I go back July 14. I think I need more I am hungry within 3 hours of eating. Now that I am eating solids I have gain a few pounds which has me scared. I also have been working out a min of 1 hour a day.

I am glad I am not the only one hungry I am a week behind you on the fill. I will be anxious to know how it felt an if you notice a big difference.

Palmtreegirl70 You are doing great, I know what you mean about losing more weight in the pre-op stage. I keep trying to remind myself that it is more than I have done the last couple of years. I have the same fears as you on the success. Remember baby steps. -
I will take that challange with you for June. I know th efeeling of staying indoors during the summer and sending everyone off to play.

Hello- Surgery was May 17th, pre-op diet started May 3rd to date 20.50 pounds lighter. -

I had alot of pain, I was banded on the 17th. I would get up and the chest pain would be incredible. Walking really helps. I feel so much better now. I promise it will go away.:biggrin: -
You will get here. I was nervous about the surgery also, however it really was over before before it knew it. I am on day six and really have alot of energy I have not had for years. The first couple of days on liquid was tough because I did not realize I could also have the broth. However, I have come to realize it was more a mind set thing. Now I have trouble drinking everything I am suppose to drink. I look forward to watching your success. And best of luck to you.
