Thanks guys !! That helps me not be so nervouse. I guess Im just over thinking things but I really want to keep losing and not have to many bumps in the road.

I know how you feel. I feel all eyes are on me to lose big time. I wish I had kept things quiet some times instead of letting my family know. I thought it would be extra support but they dont understand why Im not losing quicker. We can do this just hang in there. Good luck!!!!!

I dont know if you could afford it, but if you could cobra would be a good option. You are allowed to keep that ins. for 18 mouths till you can find ins. It would allow you to get the surgery and you wouldnt have to keep it to long. With the good lords help the other job would have some kind of ins. Good luck!!

hey my doctor told me when i complained with the same thing that it was where he went though the muscle to run the cord to the port and it did go away in a few weeks. I still feel it every once in a while if i do alot of lifting. Hang in there it should get better.

Thanks for your advise. I need all the help I can get. I do have the low carb slim fast for breakfast and save the rest of the 30 grams for hidden carbs and I use the keto stiks to make sure I am staying on target. I guess I am just getting in a hurry. lol like you said it didnt come on over night so its not coming off over night.

Today is a very hard day. I had my LAP-BAND® put in on april 8 and I have been doing real well but im starting to get hungry and I dont seem to be losing as good as I thought I would. I lost 13 pounds the first week before sug. and seven pounds the week after. Now I have to wait till this friday to see how much I have lost in three weeks. I pray it is good. I dont want to weigh myself because I dont want to get discuraged . I have been on a no carb diet and have been staying in ketosis so I would say that is a good sign.:thumbup:
