Youa re doing remarkably well. Don't look at the "big picture", take 10 lbs at a time - no more, no less. Everytime you lose 10 lbs, you have not only made your goal, but you will feel so good. The rest will come off, but give youself time. It took a long time to put it on, and working hard, you will eventually take it off. Remember, small baby steps will still take you to the finish line!
