Hi! I am 21 yrs old and I have PCOS. I am married to the love of my life. He has loved me through literally thick and thin! He is going to be my main support during this process but I hope to gain support and friends through this website. I am at my highest high right now with my weight but my lowest low with my self esteem and the way I look. I was originally going to do the RNY. I was head set on it, but my husband finally convinced me to do the lap band and now I feel it is the safer way to go. We hope to one day start a family but because of my PCOS it has made it really hard. We even did 6 months of fertility treatments and then I decided to take a break when we found out the day before thanksgiving that our 3rd round failed. During our break that's when I started to consider weight loss surgery. I still have a lot to learn and I want to learn and hear about other people's story before my surgery.
