Hello everyone! I have been banded since May 2010... I lost 120lbs and was down to 160, after 2 years! Then I, too, became complacent and decided that I'd start having my band loosened. BIG mistake. I gained 40lbs back within a few months. I got used to the full feeling the band provides, and I no longer had that and I lost sight of portion control. I've been tightened since April and lost 20 of the 40 I gained... I'm back on here now because I need help getting encouraged to start exercising again... any suggestions on how to get motivated to restart my routine?
