Hello,
I was banded 3/20/10 Yeah!! But like you I was so hungry by the end of week 2 that I started eating as well. I've over eaten twice and had pain meds stuck once. Not fun!! What I've done is started measuring my food. I eat no more than 4oz at a time and am increasing my walks by 5 or 10 minutes a day. I cant offer a whole lot of advice right now because I'm a newbie too.Iit's nice to know however, that our fills are right around the corner and that along with exercise will start our decline on the scale!
