I hope you all had a great Easter! It was a beautiful day here on Long Island. Today, like all days, I'm on the computer doing more "investigating" into Lapband Surgery. And so it goes...

Well another day down and 36 to go before surgery! My son is a Culinary Student (go figure! lol) and he is cooking a fabulous (healthy) meal for us today. I'd better take it all in while I can...I don't think Filet Mignon goes very well with Protein Shakes! I hope you all enjoy the day and here's to BRIGHT days ahead!:tongue:

New to this site...looking for local Long Islanders that had banding or are scheduled. I am scheduled for May 10th and still have bunches of questions. I am not quite sure post-op foods, etc. What to look out for and what regimen to be on. Any feedback? Thanks! :bored:
