well let's see....where do i start?okay,i had my lap band done in may 2008.the procedure went well i must say,although i am approaching 2yrs in and i was excpecting to see major results.yes i lost sum weight but not what i excpected.i followed all the diets and eating guidelines and exercised and i am not as small as i would like to be.i lost about a total of 45 freakin pounds!!what am i doing wrong folks?could some one help me out here??
