Good evening babygirl...thanx for the compliment!! I took a fitness n wellness class for the semester and it taught me how to eat again along with my 6wks course @ lapband classes...every week i took away unhealthy foods n added exercise 3x's a week..no chips,fried foods,candy,pop(not even diet)...sooo basically fruits n veggies,whole grain breads,bake meats n drinkin alot of water...my calories decrease and that's how i lost...some of the members who couldn't lose started on their new direction shakes early n that helps too.i hope that helps u.good luck on ur sucess...take one day at a time...have a blessed night...keep me posted..
