Hi, My name is Karen and I am from Arizona. I just read your post congratulating someone for a 100 lb lose in 5 months. I am so happy for her also, and find her very inspiring. Like you, I too had my band placed over a year ago (12/08) and have lost only 25 pounds post surgery. Poor food choices, lack of exercise, etc., etc., etc.!! I have not gained any back, but REALLY want to be successful at this and need to get back on track! Let me know if you are interested in being buddies and trying to inspire each other?

Any advice on how to get back on the " band" wagon? I had my band placed 12/08 and have sucessfully lost 40 lbs. I am currently struggling with slider foods. Find that I am eating them over healthy foods. I really want to get back with making good choices. Any inputs appreciated.
