-I had my surgery on dec 3 2009 i weighted in at 241 i lose 11lbs before i had surgery during my liquid diet. now im at 215 its been almost 4months now. i would like to lose more weight my goal weight is to be at least 130. if anyone has an helping hints please feel free.-it is may 25 10 i am now at 199 its been 5 month i have only about 70more lbs to go i cant wait to look great again.
