Thanks! I'm not going too fast. I lost about half of it on my pre-op diet. I did 2 weeks and lost 17. Everything after my surgery has been about just under 3lbs a week. I have been going to the gym and I walk at work on my breaks and if I don't make it to the gym I do one of my Leslie Sansone Walk Away The Pounds videos. Those are great. If you haven't tried one yet you should. If you have Netflix you can rent one from them. Or you can get them at a decent price from Target. They dont seem like they would but they will kick your butt and theyre low impact. I have about 5 different DVD's of hers. I love them.
