Thanks for your input ladies. When I really think about it the reality is I have been eating too much slider food and not enough Protein. I stopped journaling too which was also a mistake. I am trying to find veggies that work. I've had problems with peas (regular and snap) and sometimes I have problems with green Beans and asparagus.
I have lacked discipline but I'm not giving up and am ready to get back on track.
I've been poking around the website and it looks like I need to focus on 60-70 grams of protein per day. I just got so sick of chicken there for awhile.
