Well... After raising my kids. Helping with my grandchlldren, whom I adore.. I have decided to put myself first! And with a lot of resistance from my family, I am starting my journey to a healthy me. I have type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, high cholesterol, sleep apnea,heel spurs and fibromyalgia. I am hoping and believing that this step I take will reverse all of the ailments and diseases, I have. I may do a lot of this on my own... but i do have a dear friend starting this process with me. So I am not alone, am I? One minute my husband supports me, then the next he's not so sure. My kids are totally against it. My mom.... not happy. I have a lot of life to live and I want to live it walking, seeing and enjoying every minute of it. I have had my first consultation, and i have several months of visits to go through. But I am going to do this.... FOR ME.
