Carol - thank you for your kind words. Your support means a lot to me! Hang in there and keep exercising, the thing I've learned is this is a life change, and we just have to keep trying until we finally change our life. I am trying to get back into the grove of exercise, and I'm actually doing pretty good with it lately.
