I am trying to figure out the amount of carbs and fat grams I should be limiting myself to each day? This is still new and kind of confusing still. Thank you for any help!

Can anyone suggest a good exercise routine please? I was going to try to do the 30 minutes on the treadmil each day with a speed of 3.6 to 4.0 and an incline of 4 to 6. Anyone have any good suggestions? Thank you.
