Hi there ,My name is Dana. I am 28 single, no children and live 1 hour from Los Angeles in a city called Moreno Valley, Ca I am 5;5 and currently weigh 288 pounds. I have a series of health problems such as High blood pressure, sleep apnea, and high Cholesterol......just to name a few. I am very nervous and scared about this operation.... and would like to find out as much as there is to know here about the Lap Band. I will be honest my MAIN concern over ALL is being put to sleep to have the surgery performed...... having major trouble getting over that........ just want comfort and TRUST that I will indeed wake up.
