Hi everyone, I am 3 days post op and everything seem to be ok. During my surgery they found I also had a hernia that needed to be repaired. So between the band placement and the hernia repair I have a bit of pain in the middle of my chest. I know it will be ok eventually. Right now I believe gas is making the opening spaz. Im not loving gas pain. Ive tried gas-ex so far some of the bigger pain is gone but now this fluttering is annoying. My incisions are tight as is the muscle beneath but as I slowly stretch and get moving it becomes easier to move. Anyways.... The gas is HORRIBLE!!!

I am now 3 days post op. Man it did hit once I got home and thought "What did I do????" Welcome and I look forward to learning a new healthy life style right along side you.
