I just had my lap band surgery 2 weeks ago. I am down 22 lbs however I am extremely overweight. I have been on a liquid diet for almost 3 weeks so losing 22 lbs was total water weight. today I feel like I am starving. I am a binge eater and that is exactly what i have done tonight.
