Hiya Heather,

Just wanted to see how things are going for you. I get my first adjustment on the 1st but I'm going backwards. I had lost 20 lbs but now I'm not sure exactly how much I've gained back. I think the scales say I've now only lost 14lbs. ARGGGG!!! I guess I need that adjustment pretty bad. I feel like I'm not moving forward now. How are you doing with you weight loss. Great I hope. Keep me in the loop.
