i was on a pre-op diet a suger buster diet they called it . to help shrink the liver .. befor surgery . i lost 41 pounds in sence march 31st. and i was not hard on my self at all i was supriced i lost that much it just fell off .. My surgery was may 10 th also . and i am sore still but doing pretty good .. can not eat much ..
