  1. Happy 37th Birthday Crimson_Sin!

  2. Yep, I had the surgery and everything is going well. I have only lost about 30 lbs since the pre-surgery 2 wks until now but I still think that is great. I feel a lot better too. I will not kid you when I tell you that surgery is a pain. It went really well but the pain after really takes some getting used to so be ready to have a couple of sleepless nights after. It's mainly the pain that you get in your shoulder because of the air they have to pump in your stomach. So far tho, I love the band and I am searching for my sweet spot where I will continually loose weight. I have my second appointment and possible fill on the 24th so we will have to see how it goes. Let me know if you have any questions!! Take care and get excited!! It's really happening!!

  3. Hi there. I was wondering how you have been doing? You had your surgery already, right? Let me know. I have appointment number 3 on Monday! I should have everything in, so I am excited to get this going!

  4. Hi, They are pretty easy to do. First step is find big leaves. Rhubarb is the easiest to start with. Pour a mound of sand bigger than the leaf. Lay leaf over sand face down, you will be looking at the backside. Mix up quick create per directions. Trowel over leaf, stop just before the edge, put on about an inch deep. Let dry until it starts to be white. Flip over remove the dried up leaf. A small wire brush helps a lot to do this. Pick your colors, I paint the veins with a sm brush first. Mix the paint with water so it is white wash consistency, use a rag to cover both sides, multiple times so it's the color you want. If you don't water down the paint will peel off. Let dry and spray with a sealer. (Thompson has a nice one)

    Good luch and beautiful leaves.
