Yep, I had the surgery and everything is going well. I have only lost about 30 lbs since the pre-surgery 2 wks until now but I still think that is great. I feel a lot better too. I will not kid you when I tell you that surgery is a pain. It went really well but the pain after really takes some getting used to so be ready to have a couple of sleepless nights after. It's mainly the pain that you get in your shoulder because of the air they have to pump in your stomach. So far tho, I love the band and I am searching for my sweet spot where I will continually loose weight. I have my second appointment and possible fill on the 24th so we will have to see how it goes.
