  1. Hi, They are pretty easy to do. First step is find big leaves. Rhubarb is the easiest to start with. Pour a mound of sand bigger than the leaf. Lay leaf over sand face down, you will be looking at the backside. Mix up quick create per directions. Trowel over leaf, stop just before the edge, put on about an inch deep. Let dry until it starts to be white. Flip over remove the dried up leaf. A small wire brush helps a lot to do this. Pick your colors, I paint the veins with a sm brush first. Mix the paint with water so it is white wash consistency, use a rag to cover both sides, multiple times so it's the color you want. If you don't water down the paint will peel off. Let dry and spray with a sealer. (Thompson has a nice one)
