Thanks for replying back to me. I've been walking almost everyday in the evening with my husband and after about 4 weeks, like you, I plan to pick up the pace with either some cycling or with the eliptical bike. I probably can't afford the body lift although I would love a but lift. Its been 12 days for me so I'm feeling good. Just hope I can follow in our steps and keep up the exercise. Keep up the good work. I'll have to post some pics up soon.
