Hi, thank you so much for the positive notation of my weight loss. My doctor has commented that I should be losing more but July was a hard time for me since it's the month of my anniversary, family fun time, vacation.. but I'm back on track and am continuing to loose the weight, just not as much as my doctor wishes for me to loose between fills.

Hi, I was banded March 25th 2010 and after looking at your pics, I see that I'm 20lbs down as you were after to months. You look great, you and your hubby together.. keep up the good work

I agree, is anyone exercising are is this is the result of having the lap band?

Great job with loosing the weight. I've got to know though, how often did you get your fills and did you exercise? What about diet, did you diet or just listened to your band that told you when you were full.

I don't mean to sound small, but when you say body lift, do you mean under the knife body lift? If so what's all involved in a body lift?

I have to know did you work out as well or just walk?
