I had tried diets lost the weight and failed always gaining the weight back so i deceided i wanted to lose the weight for good and even though i'm not losing as fast as i would like to i know i am further alone than i would be if i had not had the lap-band surgery so i i know i will reach my goal weight but more than that i am becoming healthy.
