I tried every trick in the book to lose weight without success.  My mother had a gastric bypass years ago, and it really worked for her.  Unfortunately my insurance quite covering the gastric bypass (or any other weight loss methods).  The total cost of gastric bypass was far more than I could afford so I looked into the Lapband.  I have 2 small children, and was experiencing great difficultly being able to take care of them and play with them.  I knew I had to do something if I wanted to be around and be the kind of mom I wanted them to have.  So far I have lost 30 pounds.  I just had my 2nd fill yesterday.  I feel great!
