What great news!!!! I am happy for you. Are you ready???!! WoW that was quick. I have a six month wait, and next week will be my three month visit. I have to have another sleep study w/the c-pap on Thursday. I had the blood work and I need the EKG. I (hope) will be ready for surg in November.
Congrats to you!

I hope all went well today and congrats on your PCP's support. My insurance didnt require PCP approval but I'm hoping she is in favor of it.
Have you decided if you are going to tell everyone? My husband, sister and a few friends know but I'm afraid to be ridiculed by people who dont understand what its like to be overweight.

SO, sleep study last night...I didnt sleep well at all and the tech told me he was pretty sure I will be back soon for another study w/the CPAP. I'm not sure of the count but he said if I had gone to sleep sooner I would have reached the number of times I had a respiratory disturbance, and that I need a CPAP. Don't know how I feel about that, does that mean I dont have to wait 6 months for my surg? Because sleep apnea is pertty serious-I'm learning. Apnea would exlpain why I'm soooo tired and cranky most of the time. This has been a pretty productive week; psych eval and sleep study DONE.
