    Need Some Support

I agree, maybe more exercise would help. It wouldn't hurt. Jerri
  3. I am 6 weeks out and at 3 to 4 weeks I was having a problem with head Hunger. I ate cause I wanted to not that I was hungery. So I changed my diet to this. Protein shake @ 6 a.m ( I am a early bird) Walked 2 miles and then ate Egg beaters with cheese @ 9. Lunch was a South Beach Meal Protein Bar. Snack at 4- Cheese Stick. Dinner is a meat and one veggie. And on the days I could drink my 64 oz of water, I am not hungery. I lost 7 lbs in 2 weeks. I feel great and tomorrow go back to Doctor for my first appointment. I am not looking for a fill. This doctor will not, if you are losing. Hang in there, it will happen. I still have no restriction, but I am still losing weight.

    Foods you can eat

I had surgery March 9th and to this day i have found nothing that I can't eat. To the point that I gained 2 pounds. So back to the softer foods and have lost the 2 pounds again. Trying to stay on track again.

    March bandster!

March 9th was my surgery date. Lost 18 lbs to date. Started eating some meat in the last few days. And I have seemed to stall. Walking 3 to 5 days a week. (when not raining) Having problem with head hunger. Gas not as bad now. Hicups when I eat too fast. I don't feel restriction at all. Lost 10 inches too. Looking forward to my first fill to have restriction.:frown:
  6. I am 13 day out and have trouble with head Hunger. I think I need to eat. I am not really hungry. I am fighting it, but I did not think about this being a problem. Anyone else having this problem?
