Wow, I feel like we have so much in common! Go figure, small world. Well, this week, after upping my calories to between 975 as far up as 1250 (only one day), I lost 3 pounds this week. Down to 225, which is 24 pounds total now! My calorie average is about 1075 a day, and I am eating about 1/2 to 3/4 cup at a time, about 6 times a day to keep the hungrys away. I'm walking about 40 minutes a day during the week (on lunch) and thankfully, the weather is now turning warmer...I lived in Barstow (hell on earth, from my perspective) for a short time, and here in TD the summer weather is hot, but not too hot.
