I'm taking quite a liking to putting chicken breast, chopped up, with a little canola oil may, on the multigrain crackers...it is satisfying! I decided to only weigh in on Friday mornings now, as so to not become negative about daily fluctuations in what the scale has to say...so, will know this Friday am if adding some calories has started the weight loss back again...as far as I know, I am down 20 pounds from February 2010 weight; 13 since surgery. My clothes are a little looser, and my hubby says he can tell when he puts his arms around me that I am smaller. And says he can see in my face.
Well, nice to hear from you...will let you know this Friday if success has arrived!
