I don't think I am eating enough, because I have quit losing weight. I am now logging on FitDay.com to keep track of calories, protein (doc wants 100 grams/day), calcium...have a few days where I didn't even get to 800 cal, and doc told me up to 1000 cal/day...working on it.....less hungry now than ever in the past, which is interesting. And when I do feel hungry, every couple of hours or so, just a little bit seems to satisfy the beast.
Have a great rest of Memorial Day weekend...really, its very nice to have a buddy to share this with, so thx!
