I am just barely starting my journey into getting the lap band. I have been to a seminar already, but it was back in October '09, so I am going to another on April 1st as a refresher. I have an appointment with the WLIA (Weight Loss Institute of Arizona) on the 6th of April to see what my insurance will cover and what the precertifications will be. After that, I don't know what will happen next!
