I was banded 3-12 and found that the majority of my weight loss came from the pre surgery diet I was on. Now my problem is that I need to get myself to be disciplined enough to eat right ALL the time, and then maybe I will start losing weight again.. I just read about your weight loss for the surgery and can definitely relate. I was so excited I weighed myself constantly. Would love to get back to that
