Wow.....I have read your post 3 times.....I am so amazed when I hear peoples story....My surgery is April 23rd.....And losing weight means the posiblity of getting my mobility back...My severe scoliosis and degeneration has been so hindered by my obesity....Thanks for your post.....RUMBA hear I come!!! lol Keep up the good work. dawn -

My surgery is April 23rd.....super excited!!!! on day 6 of my 14day pre-op diet. Not so crazzy about the Optifast, but doing what I got to do!!!! One day at a time. Looking forward to learning and sharing from all of you. Dawn -

hey Disney......How are you feeling? Hope all is going well. I would imagine the hard part is behind you now and by next summer you will be hitting the FL beaches wearing your bikini
I'm very happy for you. I started my Optifast today.....and Im having a difficult time with it. But I will keep my eye on the prize...so I too can get into my bikini soon.....lol (I never wore one when I was skinny, young, and fit......so I dont imagine Ill be wearing one now...lol ) . Well keep me in your prayers as I will continue to pray for you and your speedy recovery. April 23rd is my big day (2 weeks). Isn't Dr. Rehnke so wonderful. -
