Thank you. Consistent due to the fact that I changed my life and made this my 100% priority. 100 lbs in 10 months. I exercise 2-3 hours a day, very hard. Eat well, have a good attitude, realized that food is not my best friend. Most of the success of the band is your mental attitude and listening to your body as well as getting fills and staying consistent. Realize what you should and shouldn't be eating. Have willpower.
