Good luck to you! I start my preop diet Sunday. Saturday is my grandkid's 6th birthday so for my last "fat picture" I am having my daughter take a picture of me stuffing my face with a piece of cake. I'm so excited and yet nervous. I guess thats how most people feel. I don't know how to make the shakes yet, mix with some low fat milk or water? Just seeing what all the options are.
