Good luck girl! Keep me posted. So far I have gone a WEEK without smoking!! I'm doing pretty good. There are a few times a day when I still reallllly want one but it I give it a few minutes that feeling passes! I have already noticed a changed in my sleeping and breathing in just 1 week!:thumbup:

I have to admit...I had NO clue that a Magic Bullet was when I saw this post. So I looked it up online and I was like OMG I want one of those but @ 99 bucks I was like huh no way....BUT then I had a thought...........craiglst.com!! I went on there and found a lady that was selling a BRAND NEW ONE. She was asking 45 for it but ended up coming down to 35 BUCKS! I went to pick it up last weekend!!!! I was so happy. The thing had NEVER even been opened. I'm getting everything ready...I have 6 months to go before surgery!! Thanks for posting this great info. -
Hi ladies. I have been reading a book on lapband, I can't think of the name of it off the top of my head but it state in there that wine is ok. It says that you are allowed to consume 5-7 glasses a week and that it actual helps with weight loss. I have heard that you do get "tipsy" very easy with even like half a glass!

Sounds good minus the kidney beans. I will have to see about another type of bean to use! Thanks so much for sharing. I have a 6 month wait till banding bc of ins but I'm sure going to save this recipe! :Banane20: -

K so I had my first apt today! My insurance co is making me wait 6 months. Ughhhh but better later then never! So Sept/October will be my time!

Will do man! Thanks again. Luckly my hubby is a HUGE support and willing to go the extra mile to help me. So I think between him and some folks on here I will be good. I have only told a few friends and they were kinda crappy about it so oh well...My choice and not theirs! ha!! I'll keep ya post.
