My story is probably just like everyone else's story.  I have tried everything to lose weight and have probably lost 500 lbs over my lifetime.  I just could not keep it off.  Now in my 50th year, I want to be healthy more than anything. I recently had two brothers that had a stroke in July of 2009.  One died as a a result.  I don't want that to be my final entry in my life here on this earth.  I want to live a vibrant and full life free from diabetes and weight related issues. I want to move comfortably in my skin and be the person my kids can look up to.
