I have been putting weight on and off for the last 16 years after a few rough issues I went thru.  It has taken me a long time to come to this decision.  I am nervous about the future and if it will work...but am trying to be optimistic.  I have severe Plantar Fascitis and after having a double foot surgery in November my pain is still there.  It is my hope that after the surgery and I take off a decent amount of weight my feet issues will slowly go away!
