i decided to do this about a year or so ago but i needed to get ready for this in my mind. i had already quit smoking  so that was half of it the rest was getting up the nerve to make my appt. i started to go to my drs and she said it would be a good idea to do this lap band.. so i just waited till summer was over and decided this is it........... time to make my appt,,so i called and made my appt and got in oct 8 and from there ev 1 knows what is next, so i went threw all that and on dec 24th i got a nice present i got my surgerey date jan 27th 2010 and there it is and i lost 10 pounds before surgery and 27 since my surgery now i joined the gmy got to work at it now,,
