Hi Favi, thanks for ur compliment. It was good that u already start to work out that helps a lot before and after surgery I lost like 50 lbs in 4 months before surgery of course with a good diet too, and that helps you to control ur mind in the way how u have to eat after surgery. Anyway good luck with ur surgery and let me know how are u doing it.
