    Tuesday food b - atkins shake s - 2 pc cheese l - salad w/ 2 oz fajita beef, shredded cheese, spicy ranch s - shake & 1 tequila lime wing d - 2/3 burger with spicy brown mustard dessert - i made some low carb cheesecake, had wayyyyyy tooo much

    Georgia - hope you are feeling better soon! MicheleK - thanks ... i will post my menu hopefully daily (no guarantees though :Dancing_biggrin:) i have wonky restriction, so my days vary greatly. my 'norm' that stays constant though is a shake for Breakfast (atkins caramel latte :Dancing_biggrin:). dont just peek in ... join us!! apples - ive been really bad lately ... hopefully this will give me the kick i need as well. just a reminder - EVERYONE is welcome to post here (unless of course you are here to criticize our way of eating ... :Dancing_biggrin:)

    holy crap - you've lost 131 pounds!!! GREAT JOB!!! i dont like cabbage, but im finding a bizarre craving for shredded lettuce for salads ... i used to HATE shredded lettuce ... go figure :confused2: ok ok... you got me, i used to hate salads too .. but now i put a little shredded cheese, some fajita beef and 1tbsp of dressing and shake the crap out of it and YUMMMMMM

    Pain when you eat?

    sounds like you are a tad too tight. if you are like me, my restriction changes with my monthly cycle. some days are pretty loose and some are REALLY restricted. if you cant handle anything, i suggest a slight unfill
  13. i eat about 800-1200 a day and that works well for me. i like to keep my body guessing. 1 day will be 1100, the next 800, then 900, then 1300, then 800... that is when im not low carbing it...

    the reason i was upright so soon is because of my surgeon's suturing technique (progressive tension sutures). he wanted me upright that first night. the nurses at my surgical center said that he is the only one who does that. some have your back almost parallel to the floor.

  18. welcome to bandland. i heard walking helps the gas (i didnt have gas issues). get up as often as you can and walk. also dont forget to keep yourself hydrated. good luck!!

    going to totally get flamed for posting this ... but. to be honest, i dont worry about fat and cals. i am lower carbing it and it is what it is ... i still dont go over 1200 cals on a normal day, so ... **shrug** if i work my tail off at the gym, i need those cals.
