salsa, my LB doctor insisted on it. and im actually glad he did cause i really swelled after surgery and even with a completely empty band, i was pretty well restricted for a few days. now... not so much. i wish i could get back to where i was. they SAY i have about 9ccs in my band and i have little to no restriction ... stinks -

people are going to think i work for the Avenue. i LOVE thier body shapers... they do let you try them on. i get just the biker shorts that are SUPER sucker inners and they do not roll down on me. they are $28 each. and yes, the 'beloved' camel toe ... ick ick ick ... hated mine and so glad i got rid of it.

hi, congrats on your band. running is higher impact, so you may want to ask your surgeon about that specific activity. if they clear you, we have a new couch to 5K thread going, come join us!

hi, welcome to LBT. my original goal was to lose 222 pounds (402 - 180). i've since dropped my goal weight by 20 pounds so i have 242 total to lose. i have about 80 to go. good luck, when you use the band as a tool, and you eat right and exercise to the best of your ability, you can do it!! -

i'll tell you what i DID ... :puke: i had an extended tummy tuck and lipo. my hip to waist ratio was grossly disproportionate. i didnt even worry about getting a panni, i went with the full TT because i wanted things tighter not just 'lobbed off' as the surgeon put it... good luck and congrats on the WL so far!!
