1-Day Post Op-need encouragement
losingjusme replied to wickman2617's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
hi ladies, let's redirect our attention away from love777 and towards assisting the original poster. wickman - yes the first couple of days truly suck for some people. i was lucky and didnt have any gas pains, but i truly hated that breathing machine. BUT, i didnt want Fluid in my lungs, so i did it. keep it up and remember that this time is for healing. just because someone says they lost x number of pounds in a week doesnt mean that a> they did or b> that you need to compare yourself to them. best of luck to you. -
I hate it when people post just to post.....

hi, welcome to LBT. the only thing i have a problem with sometimes is solids in the morning. then i just have an Atkins shake and im good to go until about 11ish... i have no particular food that gives me problems, except for sometimes bread and it all depends on how 'doughy' it is. the only time i go to the bathroom and cough up (PB) is when im not following the bandster rules and have not chewed well enough, eaten too much or drank with my meals.. the band has helped me change my life. good luck on your surgery. -
sounds like your Protein intake is low. if you cant get solid protein in, maybe a slight unfill to allow it or sprinkle some Protein powder in some of your liquid-y type foods. that may help.

if you are unable to care for your child, you need to surrender him or her. its just really so very sad.... -
extended TT is further than hips. my blog has extensive pics. panni is just getting the pannus - usually only below the belly button - cut off. TT involves both above & below BB, I also had hips pulled up, mons lift (google that one) and slight thighs. I'm a month out and feel GREAT... just wish the swelling would go down more..
