i think some of the weigh ins might have been over exaggerated, but it truly looks like Ali has lost a lot this week... i kept looking at her collar/shoulder bones ... wow... i dont see her losing much more, but isnt it based on how much overall they lost? jillian told her last night she's lost the biggest percent ... im going to vote to keep Mark in. i wanna see a girl take it this year and i really hope its Ali.

Would It Kill Me....
losingjusme replied to wickman2617's topic in POST-Operation Weight Loss Surgery Q&A
not to beat a dead horse, but here is the original question ... basically - has anyone not followed their doctor's orders and ate before they should have... i've seen MANY threads here like this one (at least a few a month) and like it's been said, the original poster is looking for validation that it is indeed OK to cheat. and i believe since it comes from a nurse that 'you'll be just fine' gives it extra credibility that she will indeed be fine and eat ... and that is not necessarily the case. unfortunately, i've come to the realization that people are going to do what they want to do. if they truly want to eat on a liquid diet, they will eat... all we can do is tell them its not a good idea and why (some/most surgeons dont explain the why)... -
what do you want done?

why the huge jump in price?
