i agree with Karey ... i look fine (ok, damn good) clothed - compared to 2 months ago... naked, not so much, but who cares? there's only 1 (maybe 2 if my DD walks in on me yet again after a shower) person who sees me nekid ... if DH didnt get repulsed at 400 lbs, now's gotta be a walk in the park... :smile2: -
i believe she had it removed about a year (or more) ago.

OMG, that is an amazing 5K time! my DH (super trim 6'2.5" - maybe 155-160) ran his 5K last weekend and his time was 29mins ... so your time is phenominal!! GOOD FOR YOU!!!! -

ohh, i wanna post just to post also .. i still dont like fish though -
hope everyone is doing well... what are you going to do to make it a great MAY health wise? i am committing to running/walking 35 miles. this does not count the time i am walking around Disney, but it does include the 15K (9+ miles) on the 4th of May. i'll report back here as often as i can to update how im doing. good luck everyone!
